EcoPrime First Town-Hall-Meeting Held
EcoPrime held it’s first town-hall-meeting on World Earth Day, April 22, in Danzhou, Hainan. The event brought together employees across regions to align on the company’s vision, reflect on milestones, and chart a path toward sustainable growth.
Chairman Liu Qianxing and CEO Shen Jianping led the proceedings, with in-person attendance from leadership and local staff, while colleagues from Chongqing and Shanghai offices joined online. The summit fostered open dialogue and reinforced EcoPrime’s commitment to building a global biodiesel platform.
Forging a Global Biofuel Platform
Chairman Liu opened the summit with a keynote address, outlining opportunities and challenges in the bioenergy sector. He detailed EcoPrime’s strategic roadmap, emphasizing innovation and market expansion
Attendees praised the clarity of the vision, with one employee remarking, “The roadmap gave us renewed focus—we know exactly where we’re headed.”
From Ground Zero to Milestones: A Journey of Resilience
CEO Shen Jianping then took the stage, reflecting on EcoPrime’s journey from startup to industry contender. Highlighting milestones like the launch of projects in Chongqing and Hainan, Shen acknowledged the team’s dedication while stressing the urgency of operationalizing the Hainan facility. “Our next chapter hinges on delivering this project flawlessly,” he said.
Shen also outlined four pillars for success: compliance, performance, collaboration, and growth. He urged teams to prioritize regulatory adherence, deliver excellence through teamwork, and embrace continuous learning.

The summit’s highlight was a lively Q&A session, where employees raised questions ranging from operational priorities to career development. Department heads provided candid responses, ensuring transparency and alignment.
