Safe Departure, Green Together | The Company Conducts 2026 Pre-Job Safety Training for New Employees
For new employees, safety is the first principle. To further strengthen safety awareness and standardize work practices, Hainan EcoPrime Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. organized the 2026 company-level pre-job safety education and training on January 27. The training covered workplace safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and occupational health and protection, laying the first solid line of defense to help new employees integrate smoothly into their roles and work safely.
The training was divided into four sections, systematically presenting safety knowledge:
I. Workplace Safety
Instructor Huang Shoushan combined legal regulations with real accident cases to explain the law through examples and raise awareness through warnings. He deeply analyzed the serious consequences of violations, guiding employees to firmly adopt the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive management."
II. Fire Safety
Instructor Jia Xu systematically explained fire prevention, the use of fire extinguishing equipment, and escape skills. He focused on electrical fire prevention and emergency evacuation procedures, ensuring that everyone understands fire safety and is capable of emergency response and self-rescue.
III. Environmental Protection
Focusing on environmental regulations, pollution prevention and control, and waste classification, instructor Qin Yong emphasized the importance of environmental compliance through typical cases, promoting the deep integration of green production concepts.
IV. Occupational Health
The training detailed the occupational hazards present in production processes, as well as the correct wearing and maintenance of various protective equipment. It reinforced the awareness that "protective equipment is the last line of defense for life," internalizing and externalizing safety protection in both mindset and action.
Through a combination of theoretical instruction, case analysis, and practical guidance, this training effectively enhanced new employees' safety literacy and emergency response capabilities. Safety begins in the heart and is carried out through action.
